Make sure your battery lock is fully in the down position.

it is fully locked otherwise i wouldn't get the correct light indicators (yellow lights in the rear motors, red lights in the front ones) for the altitude flight mode
and ( green lights in the rear motors, red in the front)

i have all the correct indications i really don't know whats wrong...

Did you ever figure out how to get the motors working again. I just bought a xplorer and cannot even take the first flight because the motors won't turn on. Please help

I had this same very thing happen to me! I flew 5-6 times, then it sat on the shelf for a while. the motors wouldnt start. did compass cal, it had GPS, just wouldnt run. Called tech support, what a joke. Finally the main control in the center got replaced after a battle and it worked! It must have a bad part on many of them to do this!

Brand new to forums. I just got my Xiro Xplorer V yesterday, and have never been able to get the motors to start.

I have fully charged batteries in controller and drone
I have connection between controller and drone
I have battery locked in place
I have GPS signal

Motors just won't start. Am I missing something, or did I get a D.O.A. unit? Thanks
